Delev & Williams focuses in creditors’ rights in government, consumer and commercial debt recovery, subrogation and litigation on behalf of financial institutions, businesses, and government agencies.

For example, our firm is Counsel to financial institutions, insurance companies, businesses, and government agencies. In this capacity our firm has been successful in collecting past due taxes, assessments, fines and penalties, judgments, and litigating civil disputes on behalf of our clients.

The firm utilizes a collection software program to assist in data management. We are thus able to provide you with a monthly status report that is tailored to your specific needs. The specialized software package that we use allows us to efficiently process files through complete data tracking that is updated automatically as documents are created.

In addition to our experience with government and financial entities, the Collections Department represents commercial and consumer creditors, insurance companies, service organizations, and individuals.

We utilize a staff of collectors, asset researchers, customized letter series, and on-site training.
Where desired by the client, the firm arranges for payment rather than lawsuit.
We handle all phases of pre-litigation collection, litigation and post-judgment recovery.
