Labor & Employment Litigation
Our firm has experience representing management and political subdivisions in employment matters involving litigation and non-litigation issues relating to various aspects of Title VII discrimination pertaining to age, race, gender and sexual harassment. D&W also has experience with compliance and litigation pertaining to application of the ADA and FMLA.
The attorneys at D&W have litigated ERISA actions on behalf of the plan administrator and the covered employee. Our labor experience includes arbitrations and defense of workers compensation claims and appeals. D&W attorneys have defended and prosecuted non-compete covenants, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements.
